From Calgary, Qwest released a couple of albums in the ’70s.  Tampico Gold was produced by Mel Shaw (Stampeder’s manager) and is a good, straight-ahead rock album.  Dream Zone, produced by Danny Lowe (49th Parallel, 451, Prototype, Q Sound) is an AOR classic.

Both albums were released by Pacemaker Entertainment in the ’90s and have just recently been added to all the streaming platforms.
